Responsibilities
Ordering materials
Invoicing projects
Creating new projects as required
Management and entry of parts inventory
Maintaining vendor contact information
Backup for service administrator
Assist with purchasing issues
Other administrative duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Basic math skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Microsoft Word & Excel
Familiar with ERP systems
Excellent customer service skills
