Sr Associate Assistant Sr Mgr

Responsibilities
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Interact regularly with executive, administrative, and line management personnel, as well as external customers and vendors
Assist Senior Managers in managing daily activities. Prioritize assignments and help establish administrative standards and work methods to promote smooth and efficient organizational operations
Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, coordinate events, and arrange travel to support Senior Managers and the broader team
Ensure adherence to organizational policies. Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, presentations, and other essential documentation. Support special projects through research, data analysis, and report preparation
Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including processing bills, vouchers, requests, payroll, personnel matters, and budgets. Provide guidance to assistants and managers regarding administrative practices
Qualification
Required
Provides confidential administrative support to one or more Senior Managers
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Interact regularly with executive, administrative, and line management personnel, as well as external customers and vendors
Assist Senior Managers in managing daily activities
Prioritize assignments and help establish administrative standards and work methods
Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, coordinate events, and arrange travel
Ensure adherence to organizational policies
Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, presentations, and other essential documentation
Support special projects through research, data analysis, and report preparation
Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including processing bills, vouchers, requests, payroll, personnel matters, and budgets

Follow standard procedures to analyze data and perform transactional work
Contribute to project fulfillment and organizational objectives
Influence productivity and expenditures
Work under regular supervision with primary visibility within the department or region
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) preferred
0–3 years of related experience
