Responsibilities
Lead the creation of the next generation supply chain system for Anduril’s maritime vessels
Oversee execution and milestone completion for the manufacturing technology development team’s integrated solutions for new technologies supporting supply chain
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Engineering, Material Science, or proven experience in a relevant field with a minimum of 10 years experience, 5+ years of people leadership experience
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
Travel 25% to Customer and Test Sites
Preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience running complex external projects, such as a production ramp at a contract manufacturer and initial design, build and startup of new production supply chains
Experience owning commercial responsibility (cost) for complex external projects
Experience driving process improvements in a manufacturing supply chain setting
Familiarity with maritime systems and military customers
