Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications
Ensure positive customer relations are maintained at all times
Resolve customer claims and complaints fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws
Proactively develop organization-wide initiatives to inform and educate customers
Create improvement plans in response to customer feedback and surveys

Qualification

Customer service experienceTechnical procedures familiarityFollow proceduresBasic understanding of routinesProblem resolution skills

Required

Knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training is required
Ability to follow clearly defined procedures and guidelines
Basic understanding of work routines and tasks in the customer service discipline
Familiarity with well-defined technical procedures
Minimum of 2 or more years of relevant customer service experience
