Global Brand Marketing Senior Associate- Asset & Wealth Management

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of creative advertising strategies across Asset Management business lines
Collaborate with integrated media and creative teams to produce engaging campaign assets
Partner with marketing teams to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging
Develop and maintain paid social testing plans and creative assets
Assist in the creation and management of dynamic programmatic creative assets
Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) asset library
Monitor campaign asset performance and recommend optimizations
Ensure compliance with legal, copyright, and data privacy standards for all creative assets
Conduct qualitative and quantitative competitive research to inform brand and marketing decisions
Track competitive brand health metrics and support custom research projects
Contribute to brand initiatives, including supporting the creative strategy and execution of event assets such as booths, digital screens, and signage

Required

4+ years of brand marketing experience at a brand, creative agency, or consultancy, managing campaigns at scale
Bachelor's degree
Passion for brand and/or marketing
Understanding of media strategy, tactics, and channels, and their impact on campaign success
Strong organization and project management skills to handle multiple high-profile, high-budget projects
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort delivering to senior stakeholders
Ability to work semi-autonomously
Positive outlook, curiosity, desire to learn and grow, and a team player attitude

Preferred

Experience in Asset Management marketing
Familiarity with dynamic creative optimization (DCO) and programmatic advertising
Experience optimizing creative assets and delivering actionable creative reporting based on test-and-learn agendas
Background in conducting competitive research and synthesizing insights
Experience supporting brand initiatives for events and digital campaigns
Proven ability to manage creative asset libraries and ensure compliance
