Responsibilities
Lead marketing and branding efforts across digital and in-person channels
Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity that reflects the company’s products, values, and growth
Create and manage content across social media platforms, showcasing real inventory and behind-the-scenes operations
Oversee website updates and design improvements to ensure strong visual presentation and usability
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and ongoing communications
Coordinate third-party digital advertising initiatives and track performance
Support marketing efforts tied to events, promotions, and industry activity
Work closely with internal teams to stay aligned with available inventory and product offerings
Capture the essence of the business through storytelling, visuals, and consistent messaging
Qualification
Required
2–3 years minimum of marketing experience (open to candidates with less experience who show strong potential)
Experience in branding, content creation, and digital marketing
Comfortable working with real, tangible products rather than purely service-based marketing
Familiarity with social media platforms, website management, and email marketing tools
Strong communication skills and an eye for visual presentation
Organized, self-driven, and comfortable building processes from the ground up
