Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing the full sales cycle, and building trusted relationships with key decision-makers in the small to mid-market food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities in the food & beverage market
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery to product demonstrations, proposals, and contract negotiation
Build strong relationships with C-level executives and operational stakeholders, positioning Aptean as a trusted partner
Collaborate with marketing, solution consultants, and customer success teams to drive pipeline, generate business, and ensure customer satisfaction
Proactively manage qualified pipeline of both outbound and inbound leads
Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
2+ years of successful B2B software sales experience (ERP, SaaS, or related enterprise solutions preferred)
Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving revenue growth
Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business processes
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other related business software preferred
