Chief People Officer

Rogue Community Health (RCH) is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center located in Jackson County, Oregon, seeking a highly experienced Chief People Officer (CPO). The CPO will lead Human Resources, Workforce Development, and Compliance departments, ensuring strategic clarity, organizational growth, and enhancing the employee experience.

Ensure strategic clarity and Mission alignment; develop integrated organizational plans; lead transformational change; foster community awareness; represent our organization both internally and externally; prioritize initiatives; allocate resources efficiently; promote a “one team” culture; foster an environment of continuous development, growth, and improvement; and travel to and explore resources locally, within the State of Oregon, and nationally

Required

BS/BA in business administration or other related field required, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum 10 years' demonstrating progressively more responsible senior level experience in related capacities
This position is primarily on-site with the ability to work hybrid based on business needs
Required to complete a criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen once a conditional offer is accepted

Preferred

Masters preferred
Experience in Health Care Administration is desirable
Non-profit healthcare experience highly preferred
SHRM, CPCO, CHPC, or similar certifications is desirable
