The role involves partnering with the CEO to build a sophisticated revenue architecture and manage the entire revenue engine in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Partner directly with the company’s CEO and founder
Operate as both a strategic thought-partner and a decisive executor
Translate vision into scalable revenue architecture
Drive enterprise-level conversations
Structure compelling commercial models
Run a sales motion that typically spans 60 to 90 days
Own the entire revenue engine, from strategy to forecasting to deal execution
Qualification
Required
Track record of scaling revenue inside healthcare technology
Fluent in provider–payer dynamics
Understanding of operational and financial inefficiencies that shape purchasing decisions
Knowledge of real‑world pain points behind issues like payment integrity, administrative overload, and data‑driven workflow friction
Understanding of why AI‑powered automation is becoming an immediate priority for healthcare organisations
Ability to operate as both a strategic thought‑partner and a decisive executor
Capability to translate vision into scalable revenue architecture
Comfortable driving enterprise‑level conversations
Ability to structure compelling commercial models
Experience running a sales motion that typically spans 60 to 90 days
Ownership of the entire revenue engine, from strategy to forecasting to deal execution
Experience in an environment where contract values start at meaningful levels
Creativity and precision in bundles, structures, and upsell paths
