Responsibilities
Daily on-site attendance
Manage and coordinate all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, storage, and job kit fulfillment
Lead and mentor warehouse team members, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and performance standards
Implement and sustain 5S workplace organization and continuous improvement efforts across all warehouse areas
Monitor and ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments
Drive ERP usage for inventory movement and cycle count accuracy; ensure real-time updates of materials in the system
Resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records and report issues to SCM
Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Procurement, and Quality teams to support timely and accurate kit preparation
Create and enforce best practices for material handling, layout optimization, and space utilization
Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and compliance for all shipments and receipts
Participate in audits and ensure the warehouse is consistently audit-ready
Enforce safety standards and proactively identify risk mitigation opportunities
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 3 years of warehouse leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Proficient in ERP systems and inventory management practices
Required to be authorized to work lawfully in the US
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Experience implementing 5S or Lean practices strongly preferred
