This role involves providing excellent customer service, enforcing splash pad rules, and assisting with housekeeping and emergency situations. The attendant will also promote departmental services and maintain a safe environment for patrons.

Responsibilities

Informs patrons of the rules and regulations to be observed in and around the splash pad and enforces such rules and regulations to minimize or eliminate hazardous situations
Provide general information about the parks and facilities
Administers first aid until qualified medical personnel arrives
Promote departmental services
Routinely perform cleaning duties such as restocking paper products in rest rooms
Keeping splash pad and park area free of trash
Enforcing splash pad policies such as no food drink or running in the play area
Assist managers with scheduling staff
Enforcing policies set by department in the event of threatening weather
Routinely clean drains
Backwash and maintain chemicals
Any other duties as assigned
