Responsibilities
Provide clear product vision and direction to Agile development teams through backlog ownership, iteration planning, and user story elaboration
Represent the voice of the customer, translating business needs into well-defined requirements and priorities
Guide teams and stakeholders in the adoption and execution of Agile and Scrum best practices, fostering strong team dynamics
Partner with Product Management to maintain and prioritize a backlog aligned to business value and evolving requirements
Actively identify and help remove impediments and risks that may impact sprint goals, product quality, or release timelines
Ensure high-quality feature design, either through direct involvement or coordination with designers across teams or product portfolios
Mentor team members on Agile frameworks, delivery expectations, and continuous improvement practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification
5+ years of professional software product development experience
2+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Hands‑on experience documenting and elaborating software requirements, including user stories and detailed specifications
Experience across multiple full project lifecycles, from concept through delivery
Proven ability to manage large‑scale SaaS or cloud‑based Agile projects
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
Experience with healthcare technology or regulated industries
Strong organizational skills with an outcome‑oriented mindset
Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and geographically dispersed teams
Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and relationship‑building skills
