Responsibilities
Own the monthly close and general ledger accounting for multiple operating entities
Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, deferrals, and reconciliations under GAAP
Manage cash activities including bank reconciliations and short-term cash forecasting
Produce monthly financial statements and clear variance analysis for leadership
Maintain balance sheet accuracy across prepaids, accruals, fixed assets, and intercompany
Partner with operational teams to support financial insights and decision-making
Review and oversee work performed by junior or offshore accounting resources
Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and automation
Support audits and ensure documentation is accurate and audit-ready
Grow within a fast-paced, multi-entity environment with strong career upside
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2–5 years of progressive accounting experience
Strong GAAP and general ledger expertise
Advanced Excel skills
Experience reviewing or managing junior/offshore accounting resources
Preferred
Experience in multi-entity environments
