IT Release & Change Management Coordinator

The IT Release & Change Management Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end IT releases and changes, ensuring smooth and compliant deployments across various environments and teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end IT releases and production changes across Development, QA, UAT, infrastructure, and operations
Act as the central hub for release readiness, timing, dependencies, and approvals
Own and facilitate the Change Advisory Board (CAB), ensuring all changes meet governance and audit requirements
Validate release readiness by confirming testing completion, capacity, and deployment feasibility
Coordinate deployments with DVAs and Web Administrators, ensuring the right teams execute at the right time
Request, track, and confirm environment-specific approvals to keep releases moving on schedule
Monitor release activity in real time, proactively identifying risks and escalating issues as needed
Support patching and release activities across multiple business units
Maintain accurate release documentation, dashboards, and reporting
Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and increased automation

Required

Experience in IT release, change, or deployment coordination within a complex environment
Strong understanding of SDLC, release pipelines, and ITIL-based change management
Hands-on experience with tools such as TFS (Azure DevOps), ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong communication skills and confidence coordinating across technical and non-technical teams
High attention to detail with a focus on audit readiness, approvals, and documentation
Comfort working with structured processes while adapting to exceptions and one-off scenarios
Proficiency with Excel for tracking, reporting, and analysis

Preferred

Exposure to CI/CD environments and automated deployments is an advantage
Experience in regulated or enterprise IT environments is beneficial
