Responsibilities
Responsible for serving the lending and deposit needs of business members with a primary focus on portfolio growth and retention
Create an exceptional member experience while offering Royal's full suite of business loan and cash management products
Develop and manage a business portfolio, analyze and evaluate loan applications and make appropriate recommendations regarding product offerings, loan structure, pricing and approval
Build a strong referral network and spread awareness of Royal through participation in outside organizations, connecting with COI's, community leaders, Royal's branch network and other partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or the Equivalent in Experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field
Two (2) years of Business Lending experience or equivalent/related work experience
Involvement in our communities served via active participation in organizations which cater to small business owners
Readily learns new technology and uses Royal's digital solutions on technology devices to meet job responsibilities
Demonstrate basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, social media and all other enterprise-wide software used at Royal to assist Members
Strong knowledge of financial services and financial digital platforms
Working knowledge of accounting to analyze spreadsheets and identify trends
Embraces change and sees the opportunities presented
Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Valid Driver's License and insured vehicle
Preferred
Previous Treasury / Cash Management experience
Previous experience working with small-medium sized businesses or small business lending
