Responsibilities
Handles all vendor correspondence via phone or email
Assist Sr. AP Specialist and Accounting Manager in research & troubleshooting
Investigates and resolves problems associated with the processing of invoices
Files, maintains, and distributes accounting documents, records, and reports
Index & route OnBase invoices for approval
Participate in special projects, team training, and development
Foster and maintain a safe work environment
Assist with the leadership and development of project team members
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, GED, or bachelor's degree
Minimum three years of specialized payables experience
Or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient with financial software systems
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver's license before employment
Preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Working knowledge in financial management software
Construction experience is preferred
Viewpoint experience is a plus
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
