Responsibilities

Lead and manage clean room measurement initiatives, coordinating with internal teams, publishers, and agencies
Design, execute, and analyze top-of-funnel experiments, including geo, incrementality, and A/B testing
Develop actionable insights and reports to keep stakeholders informed and guide strategic decisions
Ensure measurement tools and data pipelines (e.g., iSpot, Claritas) are accurate and functioning properly; troubleshoot as needed
Manage documentation, including Google Suite files, JIRA tickets, Confluence pages, and operational workflows
Oversee project timelines, priorities, and dependencies, identifying opportunities to improve processes and communication
Support brand media measurement across multiple digital and traditional channels, including TV, programmatic display & video, OTT, streaming audio, and social media

Required

5+ years of experience in digital media with a focus on campaign measurement
Experience designing and executing top-of-funnel experiments and incrementality studies
Familiarity with digital advertising operations, campaign processes, and measurement tools
Experience with tools such as iSpot, Claritas, Meta, TikTok, and other conversion lift study platforms
Ability to manage third-party vendors and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
Strong strategic thinking, attention to detail, and initiative
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in Google Suite, JIRA, Confluence; experience using AI to automate workflows is a plus
