Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing

The Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing will support the creation, execution, and optimization of retail media campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams and retail partners to ensure alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing retail media campaigns across platforms associated with Target Roundel ad-products, including sponsored search, display ads and other retailer-specific advertising tools
Manage the end-to-end creative production process for Display and Native assets, partnering with Brand teams to gather inputs, incorporate feedback, and deliver final approved assets
Ensure campaigns are aligned with overall brand strategies and promotional calendars
Track campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversion rates, ROAS and sales lift and ensure campaigns are meeting objectives
Provide recommendations for adjustments to targeting, budgets, and creative assets to improve performance
Collaborate with retail partners to test and implement new ad formats and strategies
Analyze reporting data & provide actionable insights to address wins and challenges while informing future media strategy
Share learnings and best practices with internal teams to inform future strategies
Research industry retail marketing trends tools, and best practices for Target and other omnichannel retailers

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, retail media, or a related role
Familiarity with retail media platforms and tactics, such as sponsored search, display advertising, and audience targeting
Strong analytical & creative project management skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
Proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools

Preferred

Experience working with Target and/or other Retail Media Networks is a plus
Experience with retail advertising platforms is a plus
Interest in and understanding of the home appliance, food storage & outdoor categories is highly desirable
