Support the development and execution of strategic plans for the Florida transportation practice
Build and maintain strong relationships with FDOT and local municipalities
Represent C&S in Florida’s transportation circles
Oversee transportation projects from concept to completion
Ensure quality, budget, and schedule alignment across all phases
Mentor and grow a high-performing team of engineers and planners
Collaborate with other C&S disciplines to deliver integrated solutions
Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and technologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida
Minimum of 10 years of experience in transportation engineering
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
Deep knowledge of FDOT policies, procedures, and project delivery methods
