Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content developers, providing direction, feedback, and professional development
Own content strategy across channels, including website copy, campaigns, events, and brand initiatives

Write and edit high-quality content, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and messaging
Oversee website copy development, optimizing for clarity, structure, and audience intent

Review and approve content deliverables, ensuring accuracy, quality, and strategic alignment
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience directly managing and supervising a team
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling expertise
Proven experience writing and optimizing website copy
Expertise in developing concise, high-impact copy for event booths and in-person marketing
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in B2B marketing, technology, ideally experience in cybersecurity
Familiarity with content performance metrics and optimization
Experience developing brand voice and messaging frameworks
