Responsibilities
Engage and support customers throughout the sales and design process
Work with homeowners, contractors, architects, interior designers, and general inquiries
Assist with cabinet and stone selections and basic layout planning
Prepare estimates, proposals, and pricing
Actively manage follow-up, leads, and customer pipeline
Close sales and meet defined performance expectations
Collaborate with designers, operations, and leadership
Deliver a professional, welcoming, and high-touch customer experience
Maintain accurate customer records and communication
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales, customer service, or design-related roles
Dependable, reliable, and consistent work ethic
Highly coachable with a willingness to learn and improve
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
True sales hunter mindset with strong follow-up and closing ability
Detail-oriented and accountable
Preferred
Kitchen, cabinet, or interior design experience
Experience working with contractors, designers, or architects
Familiarity with design or quoting tools
