Responsibilities
Plan and lead enterprise-level digital transformation projects, from kickoff through implementation
Ensure timely delivery, budget control, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes using PMP-based methodologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical leads, and external partners to ensure successful project execution and delivery
Lead structured change management efforts using frameworks like Prosci or ADKAR to drive adoption and reduce resistance
Craft and implement change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, and training programs
Manage internal (employee) and external (customer/vendor/partner) transition and communication plans
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in project or program management, including leadership of transformation and/or change-focused initiatives
PMP Certification required; Prosci or equivalent change management certification preferred
Proven ability to manage organizational change across both internal and external stakeholder groups
Experience gathering and analyzing business data to inform strategy and measure impact
Proficiency with business intelligence and project tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence)
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills—comfortable influencing without authority
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field
Preferred
Prosci or equivalent change management certification
MBA or advanced degree
