Ability to handle pressure, interruptions and multiple projects with changing priorities and deadlines
Must have experience with State and Federal e-filing and creating Tables of Authorities and Tables of Content
Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Outlook and MS Teams
Perform administrative duties, including proofreading and editing all materials for extreme accuracy and clarity
Knowledge of legal documents and terminology
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to integrate into a fast-paced environment
Excellent typing skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to grasp new concepts quickly
Must be reliable
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1-3 years' experience
