Responsibilities
Strong Understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and values in SAFE environment
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
Ability to remove impediments and navigate conflicts
Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA is a must
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Experience with scaled Agile frameworks
Knowledge of Kanban principles and practices is preferable
Experience with coaching distributed teams is preferable
Qualification
Required
