Revenue Operations Lead - Segmentation and Data

The Revenue Operations Lead plays a critical role in supporting the sales organization through data-driven insights, segmentation, and reporting, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Analytics teams.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain advisor and account segmentation models supporting lead generation and campaign targeting
Analyze sales, pipeline, and advisor data to identify high-potential segments
Partner with Revenue Operations leadership to refine targeting criteria and improve data-driven outreach
Maintain data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce and supporting systems
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Analytics platforms
Troubleshoot data discrepancies and recommend process improvements for lead and opportunity tracking
Develop, manage, and automate dashboards in Power BI to track campaign performance, lead conversion, and sales engagement
Provide timely and actionable insights to inform campaign strategy
Support end-to-end reporting for sales-driven campaigns, including list intake, lead distribution, and performance summaries
Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures for reporting, segmentation, and campaign workflows
Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to support Sales leadership and strategic initiatives
Contribute to continuous improvement of sales operations tools and processes
Adhere to and apply Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested
Support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a related analytical function
Proficient in Power BI for dashboarding and visualization
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling)
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (reporting, data exports, object relationships)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to translate data insights into clear business recommendations
Preferred
Familiarity with campaign workflows and lead management processes
