Responsibilities
Define and evolve the UX strategy across GTM and related workflows, ensuring alignment with business and user needs
Develop and implement scalable design frameworks and service blueprints that ensure cohesive user experiences across various enterprise tools
Partner with stakeholders across functions to drive requirements, alignment, and execution of major GTM initiatives
Lead cross-functional projects with significant impact, maintaining quality and momentum across multiple parallel initiatives
Advocate for design excellence, applying systems thinking to ensure coherent and high-quality outcomes across product experiences
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in UX Design and Systems Thinking
Proficiency in Figma and enterprise design systems
Exceptional communication and influence skills
Preferred
Familiarity with GTM specific processes and workflows, including sales, legal, and revenue operations, is highly advantageous
Experience with enterprise CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) is preferred
