Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end testing for enterprise SAP projects (strategy, planning, execution, defect management)
Own and communicate test plans, test status, risks, and outcomes
Oversee manual testing efforts and manage testing resources and priorities
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and tester onboarding
Drive issue resolution and continuous process improvement
Deliver clear, executive-level written and verbal communications
Support onshore/offshore testing models
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of SAP testing experience, including test leadership roles
Retail industry experience
Hands-on experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations and SAP implementations
Strong knowledge of SAP modules (SD, MD, Finance, BW)
Experience testing integrated systems (POS, Web, OMS, Financials, Data Warehouse)
Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative)
Proficiency with HP ALM, JIRA, or similar test/defect management tools
Excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills
