Inside Sales Representative — SaaS + Real Estate Tech
RealSynch (TableOS.ai) is developing an operating system for real estate teams to enhance conversion and revenue through AI-powered workflows. They are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will manage a pipeline of opportunities, conduct discovery calls, deliver presentations, and close deals effectively.

Responsibilities
Own a pipeline of inbound + outbound opportunities
Run discovery calls that diagnose pain, quantify impact, and establish urgency
Deliver tight presentations/demos (Zoom + phone) that lead to a decision
Handle objections with confidence (price, “we’ll think about it,” timing, existing tools, spouse/partner/committee)
Close deals on call when appropriate; drive clear next steps when not
Maintain clean CRM notes, forecast, and follow-up discipline
Coordinate a clean handoff to onboarding/support after the sale
Provide feedback to marketing/product: objections, requests, win/loss patterns
Qualification
Required
3+ years of closing experience (phone/video) in B2B sales (SaaS strongly preferred)
Proven ability to run: discovery → demo → close
Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
High activity, high follow-through, and comfort with accountability/metrics
Professional presence on Zoom + crisp written follow-up (email/text)
Preferred
Sold into real estate teams, brokers, mortgage, title, insurance, coaching, or lead-gen
Experience with SMB/MM deal cycles (fast decisions, owner-operators)
Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, etc.)
