Responsibilities
Lead the design, improvement, and standardization of litigation BD workflows, tools, templates, and systems
Oversee data quality, dashboards, reporting, and analytics to deliver accurate, actionable insights
Manage cross‑functional BD projects and coordinate with internal teams to align operations with firm priorities
Introduce and maintain new technologies—including AI—to streamline processes and enhance BD output
Supervise and develop team members responsible for BD data, tracking systems, and analytics
Advise litigation BD leadership and lawyers on best practices, tools, and operational improvements
Qualification
Required
Located in New York, Washington, D.C., Dallas, Houston, San Francisco, or Los Angeles
Experience in enhancing business development operations
Ability to improve processes and strengthen systems
Experience in managing workflows, data, and deliverables
Ability to build and maintain infrastructure for dashboards, workflows, and technology solutions
Experience collaborating with litigation BD leadership, practice management, technology, and marketing teams
Ability to ensure accurate and effective use of BD platforms
Experience overseeing data integrity, tracking systems, analytics, and reporting
Ability to lead the design, improvement, and standardization of litigation BD workflows, tools, templates, and systems
Experience managing cross-functional BD projects
Ability to introduce and maintain new technologies, including AI
