Develop and implement operational strategies that support company growth and efficiency
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence
Oversee supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics processes
Drive process improvements to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction
Manage vendor negotiations and build strong partnerships to enhance service delivery
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans and set organizational priorities

Required
Proven experience in management, operations management, or senior leadership roles within distribution or manufacturing sectors
