Process Improvement and Training Intern

Responsibilities
Assist in developing and updating quality management documentation
Assist with project communications by preparing presentations and stakeholder updates
Assist in creating training materials for quality processes and project management
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through fresh perspectives and innovative ideas
Gain exposure to various business units and understand their quality and project management needs
Support compliance activities by maintaining compliance tracking systems and implementation of remediation activities / change management
Participate in project reviews and post-mortems, documenting key insights and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies
Knowledge of process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar)
Detail‑oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Preferred
Critical thinking skills to evaluate processes and identify improvement opportunities
Research skills for gathering and synthesizing information
Excellent written communication skills for creating clear, professional documentation
Self-motivated with ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance
Curiosity and willingness to learn from experienced quality and project managers
Strong organizational skills, especially when supporting multiple projects
Ability to document processes clearly and accurately
Willingness to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
Initiative to bring fresh perspectives and propose improvement ideas
Professionalism in preparing summaries, briefings, and presentations
