Responsibilities
Generate Quotes: Create accurate quotes for our customers, ensuring that all relevant information is included
Process and Review Customer Orders: Manage the processing and review of customer orders to guarantee they meet our quality standards and customer expectations
Customer Relations: Maintain strong customer relations by addressing lead times, expectations, and perceptions, and providing timely assistance
Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to resolve issues, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service
Product Education: Educate account and business partners about our manufacturing products for assigned accounts
Building Relationships: Cultivate and nurture strong working relationships with assigned accounts and business partners
Identify Opportunities: Proactively work with existing customers to identify new opportunities within other segments of the account
Reporting: Prepare and create reports using Microsoft Excel to analyze sales data and provide valuable insights
Qualification
Required
Associates degree in business or a technical discipline is preferred. However, equivalent 2+ years of related experience within the manufacturing industry will also be considered
Excellent verbal communication, writing, and telephone manner are essential to effectively interact with customers and partners
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, supporting the common goal of providing top-notch service
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must, as it is a fundamental tool for report creation and data analysis
Preferred
Knowledge of SAP is a plus and can be advantageous in this role
