Responsibilities
Run and optimize our outbound biz dev campaigns
Analyze campaign data and iterate on what's working
Manage our brand presence on LinkedIn and other channel
Experiment with new growth channels and partnerships
Interview customers to understand their pain points
Translate feedback into actionable product improvements
Work closely with engineers to spec and ship features
Become a product expert who knows every corner of the platform
Drive OKRs and track company-wide KPIs
Prepare board materials and investor updates
Build and maintain our internal operating system (Notion, automations, etc.)
Own special projects from compliance research to vendor management
Build automations and systems that scale the business methodically
Research and navigate compliance requirements (GDPR, FINRA, FCA)
Manage data integrity and enrichment
Qualification
Required
Deeply understand the end-to-end M&A process
Experience working in or around the deal process, whether in advisory, banking, brokerage, or a related role
Knowledge of what an LOI is, how due diligence works, and how to manage transactions from start to close
Ability to build automations and know when to still do things manually
Startup DNA with experience at a seed or growth-stage startup (Series A-C) or built something yourself
Ability to operate without a playbook
No task is beneath you; apply logic and structure to fast-moving environments
Ability to manage chaos and take initiative without waiting for permission
Technical and systems-oriented; comfortable with no-code platforms and automations
Experience building workflows or shipping features with a development team
High-slope learner; able to pick up new domains quickly
Low ego and high agency; motivated by building something great, not by titles
Ability to debate with data and admit when wrong
Ambitious overachiever; holds oneself to an exceptionally high bar
Preferred
Experience in a fast-moving startup environment
Location in NYC preferred but US Remote is acceptable
