Responsibilities
Run and optimize our outbound biz dev campaigns
Analyze campaign data and iterate on what's working
Manage our brand presence on LinkedIn and other channel
Experiment with new growth channels and partnerships
Interview customers to understand their pain points
Translate feedback into actionable product improvements
Work closely with engineers to spec and ship features
Become a product expert who knows every corner of the platform
Drive OKRs and track company-wide KPIs
Prepare board materials and investor updates
Build and maintain our internal operating system (Notion, automations, etc.)
Own special projects from compliance research to vendor management
Build automations and systems that scale the business methodically
Research and navigate compliance requirements (GDPR, FINRA, FCA)
Manage data integrity and enrichment
Qualification
Required
You have Startup DNA. You've worked at a seed or growth-stage startup (Series A-C) or built something yourself. You know what it's like to operate without a playbook. Big bank or big consulting experience alone won't cut it here
No task is beneath you. You apply logic and structure to fast moving environments and can manage chaos. If something needs doing, you do it. You don't wait for permission or delegate to people who don't exist
You're technical and systems-oriented. You don't just use tools, you build with them. You're comfortable with no-code platforms, automations, and working directly with engineers. If you've never built a workflow or shipped a feature with a dev team, this isn't the role
You're a high-slope learner. You pick up new domains fast. You don't need M&A experience, but you need to be able to learn it quickly
You're low ego and high agency. You are motivated by building something great, not by titles. You debate with data and admit when you are wrong. You don't need to be told what to do
You're an ambitious overachiever. You hold yourself to an exceptionally high bar. You want to do career-defining work at a company that wins
Benefits
