Marketing Research Specialist

They are seeking a Marketing Research Specialist to manage end-to-end Brand Tracking programs, translate findings into actionable insights, and uncover trends to inform business strategies.
Responsibilities
Managing end-to-end Brand Tracking program, including survey design, data cleanliness/quality, and reporting
Translate findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations/implications and produce highly effective communication that motivates people to apply learnings in marketing and across the organization
Ability to go deep and uncover underlying/cohort-based trends, proactively spotting competitive opportunities and risks latent in the data
Successful management of the program across VR and Wearables devices, delivering reporting, recommendations, and additional data on-time on a regular cadence
Desire and ability to contextualize brand tracker learnings with large macro-economic, company-level, or org/pillar level moments to interpret or add understanding to the data and recommendations
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience with extensive background in quantitative and qualitative research, including hands-on experience in survey/discussion guide and data analysis (weighting, data cleaning, regression, etc.). Direct experience on brand tracking programs required
Independently execute full-cycle brand tracking programs, and leveraging primary and secondary sources to inform analysis and strategies to drive business outcomes
Problem-solving and prioritization experience to move from blank slate to a research problem matched with a methodology
Proven track record of managing data sets and overseeing responsibility for data hygiene and reporting
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of delivering concise, sharp, executive level synthesis to influence business decisions and strategies
Experience thinking holistically/creatively in addition to technically/analytically
Work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Experience collaborating proactively and effectively with a broad variety of partners
