Responsibilities
Oversee the evolution of mobile applications and web interfaces, ensuring alignment with strategic roadmaps and business priorities
Manage the product vision and roadmap for all technology products, ensuring the team focuses on the most impactful initiatives based on user research, business needs, and technical feasibility
Partner with IT leadership and development teams to effectively execute roadmap priorities and backlog items
Ensure all new products and enhancements are designed with user centric principles, resulting in intuitive and consistent digital experiences
Collaborate with IT Operations to validate supportability and alignment with operational capabilities for all proposed solutions
Develop and execute enterprise data management strategies that ensure the security, accuracy, and accessibility of organizational data
Apply analytics to understand product performance, user behavior, and feature adoption, continuously improving products based on measurable outcomes
Define both quantitative and qualitative success metrics to evaluate whether delivered solutions meet business objectives
Use data driven insights to enhance marketing tools and digital experiences, prioritizing initiatives that directly support business growth
Oversee product development, maintenance, and implementation across dining venue technology, back office systems, home office systems, and marketing technologies
Monitor user feedback and own key digital experience metrics that influence roadmap adjustments and ongoing improvements
Lead product launches and ensure the creation of clear documentation, training materials, and processes that support both internal and external stakeholders
Partner with organizational leadership to build and maintain product roadmaps that connect business strategy with technology strategy
Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI assessments to inform product prioritization efforts
Serve as a bridge between technology and business functions, ensuring transparency, alignment, and shared understanding across teams
Establish, staff, and lead a world-class product management organization
Recruit, mentor, and develop top product talent, cultivating a collaborative, high-performing team environment
Champion a product-driven culture that emphasizes innovation, partnership, and a customer-centric mindset
Lead the Scrum Master and Quality Assurance functions and promote agile best practices to support efficient, iterative development
Qualification
Required
Ten or more years of experience in product and digital product management, including managing multiple product managers in an agile environment
Proven ability to stand up and scale a product management organization, including building new teams and establishing product discipline across an enterprise
Strong background in digital product oversight, including mobile applications and web development
Demonstrated success managing diverse product portfolios
Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Solid understanding of agile methodologies and a history of successful product delivery
Deep business acumen, including knowledge of business processes, budgeting, and operational workflows
Demonstrated technical acumen and a clear passion for leveraging technology to deliver business value
Skilled at bridging technology and product functions to foster alignment, collaboration, and shared purpose
Experience developing talent across the broader organization
Commitment to delivering outstanding user experiences across internal and external audiences
