Senior LevelIntellectt Inc is seeking a Lab Systems Administrator / Senior Validation Engineer who will be responsible for supporting and maintaining laboratory and production computer systems in a regulated environment. This role ensures secure user access, system compliance, and effective coordination with IT, QA, and vendors while playing a key role in system rollouts and audit preparedness.

Responsibilities
Coordinate vendor onboarding and identity management, including creation and validation of BMS identities, LDAP accounts, and ServiceNow access requests
Support system rollouts by configuring account security, verifying vendor access, and assisting with instrument setup, qualification, and validation activities
Ensure laboratory and production systems are patched, validated, and compliant with internal IT and QA standards
Manage IT service tickets for laboratory and production systems, including triage, troubleshooting, escalation, and timely resolution
Provision, modify, and deactivate user accounts across multiple systems in accordance with access control policies and segregation of duties requirements
Conduct periodic and annual user access reviews in collaboration with system owners and QA, identifying gaps and driving remediation actions
Maintain laboratory computer system endpoints to ensure security, compliance, and operational reliability
Develop, update, and publish system-related knowledge articles and documentation
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, QA, laboratory teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth system operations and audit readiness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical discipline
Demonstrated experience supporting system rollouts, including account security configuration, vendor access verification, and instrument setup and qualification
Strong experience with IT ticket management, issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution in laboratory or manufacturing environments
Hands-on experience with user access management, including provisioning, deactivation, and enforcement of access control and segregation of duties
Proven experience executing periodic and annual access reviews and working with system owners and QA to remediate discrepancies and support audits
