Own Amazon as the primary revenue and profit driver
Use TikTok as a demand engine that feeds Amazon and strengthens overall brand performance
Manage and direct external agencies and platform partners across Amazon, TikTok, and creator ecosystems
Connect content, conversion, and contribution margin across channels
Qualification
Required
Experience owning growth for a DTC or marketplace-led brand
Strong Amazon fundamentals (retail media, PDP optimisation, GMV thinking)
Practical experience using TikTok to generate demand and drive downstream performance
Comfortable managing agencies and holding partners accountable
Bias for action and sound judgement in ambiguous environments
