Responsibilities

Calendar and manage deadlines for litigation, bankruptcy, and agency matters
Train and mentor team members; perform quality assurance reviews
Support department systems, databases, and firmwide docketing training initiatives
Assist with onboarding and orientations for attorneys and legal staff
Recommend and help implement improvements to docketing procedures and workflows
Ensure compliance with calendaring policies and best practices
Respond to attorney and staff inquiries regarding deadlines, court rules, and filing procedures
Research court rules and procedural requirements and advise accordingly
Handle occasional court filings and coordinate with couriers and vendors
Prepare and distribute calendar, case status, and data reports
