Responsibilities

Own full P&L for the Smartphones, Tablets, Wearables, and Accessories portfolio
Build deep, strategic, win‑win relationships with OEM partners to support Xfinity Mobile’s position as the fastest‑growing mobile service provider in the U.S
Lead end‑to‑end management of new product introduction (NPI) cycles and the lifecycle of the existing customer base
Collaborate across engineering, technology, marketing, care, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution and lifecycle success for all device initiatives
Provide thought leadership and hands‑on support to evaluate and solve high‑impact strategic opportunities and cross‑business challenges
Identify, incubate, and assess partner opportunities that deliver differentiated device‑related experiences, driving growth and accelerating learnings
Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of product managers, fostering a customer‑obsessed and results‑driven culture
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary

Required

Strong understanding of wireless and internet technologies
Ability to synthesize expert‑level mobile industry knowledge—including KPIs, economic factors, and technology trends—to assess competitive dynamics and influence internal forecasting, budgeting, and planning
Experience evaluating and shaping strategic business opportunities
Ability to build and manage relationships with key strategic OEM partners
Proven capability to move initiatives from concept through commercialization
Deep understanding of competitive, economic, social, and regulatory factors that impact company strategy, and ability to identify actions that maximize corporate outcomes
Demonstrated experience creating executive‑level presentations that define product strategies and align senior leadership on a common vision
Established relationships across the OEM ecosystem
Extensive experience developing and executing product strategies, with the ability to translate customer insights into a compelling vision and cascade that vision through product management teams
Strong background in product management and marketing, including evaluating third‑party partners and identifying opportunity areas
Proven record of delivering innovative consumer products or services within the wireless and/or technology industries
Superior strategic, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to communicate long‑term direction to executive stakeholders
Comfort with financial modeling and working with unstructured analytical data; exceptional business and financial acumen
Natural collaborator with excellent communication skills and strong executive presence
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
10 Years + Relevant Work Experience
