Gain platform visibility and promotion within Initio Sphere
Access real deal flow and paid modeling engagements
Support investors, fund managers, and operators on live transactions
Build a verified deal history and Analyst Rating Score
Perform 3-statement operating and cash flow models
Commercial real estate underwriting models
DCF and LBO models
Sensitivity, scenario, and downside analysis
Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis
Football field valuation summaries
Quality of Earnings (QoE) support
Commercial and operational diligence analysis
Risk assessment and downside modeling
Investment committee and memo support
Qualification
Required
Score ≥70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training
Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)
5+ years of advanced modeling experience for Senior Financial Modeling Analyst
3–5 years of transaction modeling experience for Lead Financial Modeling Analyst
Strong technical modeling skills for Financial Modeling Analyst / Associate
