Responsibilities
Draft and prepare legal documents in support of business transactions, corporate matters, and commercial real estate deals
Coordinate commercial real estate closings, including organization and review of title and survey materials
Assist with litigation matters, including court filings, discovery, and case management
Manage scheduling, calendar entries, and critical deadlines for matters and hearings
Communicate proactively with clients, title partners, opposing counsel, courts, and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
3+ years of paralegal experience supporting attorneys in business transactions, real estate, or litigation
Strong organizational ability with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with litigation and case management software is a plus
Comfortable working in a dynamic law firm environment serving a diverse clientele
Preferred
Paralegal certificate preferred but not required
