Responsibilities
Troubleshooting artist communication issues or questions for all artists performing within the festival
Distribute credentials for media, publicists and temp staff
Assist in building contact sheets for all performing artists, collect assets to be used for PR, Marketing and Creative, send content to artist teams for approvals
Help facilitate backstage media interviews with artists performing at Nissan Stadium
Assist with talent asks to performers for social content capture and handle on-site logistics with marketing team
Assist with any Industry Relations needs that arise as it pertains to the industry suite, access, first-time performer pins, gifting, etc
Assist in advancing all outdoor Stage Hosts across the footprint including script and talking points for hosts
Assist the Industry Relations team with additional duties as needed
Must be able to be on your feet and outdoors in June for long periods of time

Required
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Professional and efficient
Strong leader capable of communicating with over 300 artists
Ability to troubleshoot artist communication issues or questions
