Negotiate buys and oversee all aspects of campaign stewardship
Mentor and train Media Associates
Serve as the principal point of contact for West Coast based clients
Ensure client satisfaction and proactively pursue account growth opportunities
Steward buys through all steps of campaign life cycle
Analyze performance and optimize schedules to deliver client KPIs
Maintain strong relationships with media vendors
Actively pursue innovative and forward-thinking solutions
Exhibit strong organizational abilities and effective time management
Engage with senior-level management
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills

Required

5+ years of buying experience, specifically focusing on Performance/DR TV
Exceptional abilities in negotiation and critical thinking
Polished, with strong interpersonal skills and aptitude for building client relationships
Serve as the principal point of contact for West Coast based clients
Ensure client satisfaction and proactively pursue account growth opportunities
Capable of stewarding buys through all steps of campaign life cycle
Analyze performance and optimize schedules to deliver client KPIs
Has strong relationships with media vendors
Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and industry-standard tools (Core, SQAD, MRI)
Actively pursues innovative and forward-thinking solutions
Exhibits strong organizational abilities, effective time management, and handles multiple tasks with efficiently
A collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and reliably meets tight deadlines
Confident engaging with senior-level management
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Barter experience is a plus, though not required
Familiarity with general market local and national buying is beneficial
