Responsibilities
Lead strategic development across social, influencer, and content-led initiatives
Turn research into sharp, defensible insights and points of view
Write creative briefs that unlock strong ideas without over-prescribing them
Shape influencer and creator strategies grounded in audience behavior
Partner closely with creative, production, and account teams
Present strategy clearly and confidently to clients
Identify opportunities to evolve brands over time, not just campaign-to-campaign
Mentor junior strategists
Partner with the New Business Growth & Client teams to develop compelling pitch materials and strategic recommendations tailored to prospective clients
Lead strategic presentations and participate in active pitches, showcasing the agency’s expertise in social and influencer marketing
Identify opportunities for organic and influencer-driven innovation within client businesses to foster long-term partnerships
Qualification
Required
5-8+ years in influencer marketing, creative, social media, brand, or communications strategy
Proven experience leading strategy on social-first or influencer-driven work
Strategic Judgment: You know what matters and what doesn't
Insight Development: You can separate observations from real insights
Creative Partnership: You make creative work better without controlling it
Client Presence: You can hold a room and defend your thinking
Cultural Understanding: You understand platforms, creators, and audience behavior deeply
Decision-Making: You're comfortable making calls, not just offering options
