Responsibilities
Conduct weekly QA reviews and coordinate/document data issues and their resolution (material misplacement, non-transmissions, erroneous data, unknown data, back up data/data gaps, etc.)
Attend and actively participating in team/program meetings
Routinely correspond with DQM staff, partners, and customers regarding dredging projects and automated dredge monitoring data
Manage DQM User account access and permissions (as needed)
Provide responses to and address customer inquiries in a timely fashion (emails, meetings, phone calls, etc.)
Maintain DQM records for project consistency (activate/deactivate plants, populate job information, etc.)
Qualification
Required
A BA/S and an additional one to three (1-3) years' experience
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and interpersonal skills are imperative
Multitasking, good judgment, and the ability to work both alone and as part of a team are required
Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Public Trust level
US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location
