Responsibilities
Collaborate with Cyber Systems Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify specific training needs and develop solutions
Enhance system user experience through developer advocacy, utilizing feedback to champion developer needs and improve overall usability of technical products
Develop range of instructional materials and products for technology-based courses, including online, immersive and performance support (e.g., computer-based training, videos, instructional guides)
Demonstrate and utilize effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills
Create and analyze assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness and instructional improvement opportunities, including knowledge checks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or Bachelor of Science Degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline plus 3 years of relevant work experience
Master of Science Degree in a relevant field or STEM discipline plus 2 years of relevant work experience
5 years of relevant work experience in a relevant field or STEM discipline with at least 3 years as a technical instructor/teacher may be considered in lieu of degree requirement
US Citizenship
Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance to be considered. TS/SCI clearance must be in place by the start date and must stay in place through employment
Proven ability to lead training through in‑person workshops, virtual classrooms, and live webinars, for audiences ranging from engineers and product owners to senior stakeholders
Experience collaborating with subject‑matter experts to craft storyboards, scripts, and visual‑narrative concepts that translate complex technical material into engaging learning experiences
Experience creating operational procedures, quick‑reference guides, and other supporting documentation
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or Bachelor of Science Degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline plus 5 years of relevant work experience
Master of Science Degree in a relevant field or STEM discipline plus 3 years of relevant work experience
9 years of relevant work experience in a relevant field or STEM discipline with at least 3 years as a technical instructor/teacher may be considered in lieu of degree requirement

Experience with operating and maintaining Canon EOS digital camera for high-resolution photo and video capture for learning productions
Ability to troubleshoot live-recording technical issues (camera settings, lighting, audio routing) to ensure seamless delivery of training sessions
Familiarity with creating interactive learning modules in Adobe Captivate, implementing responsive design, and SCORM packaging
Experience instructing at Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) schools is a plus
