Responsibilities
Generate new business through prospecting, research, warm leads, and cold outreach
Build and maintain a healthy, consistent sales pipeline
Onboard new clients and guide them through their projects
Act as the primary point of contact for your clients
Manage multiple projects while staying on top of timelines and follow-ups
Create presentations, sales orders, and product solutions tailored to client goals
Coordinate product procurement with established supplier partners
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through strategic thinking and strong relationships
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams
Stay informed on industry trends and relevant client insights
Help INM achieve annual sales goals through consistent performance and collaboration
Qualification
Required
Strategic, big-picture thinking with strong problem-solving skills
Clear, confident communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (this is a key attribute for success)
High level of self-motivation and accountability
Team-first mindset with openness to feedback and growth
Positive attitude and desire to contribute to a strong company culture
Preferred
Promotional products industry experience is a huge plus
Experience with commonsku is a plus
