Responsibilities
Support attorneys with case development, discovery, and trial preparation
Collect, organize, review, and analyze documents for production
Assist with briefs, pleadings, and other court filings
Serve as an integral member of trial teams
Conduct research on companies, individuals, and legal issues
Interview potential new clients
Anticipate team and case needs and proactively support attorneys
Continue professional development with firm support
Qualification
Required
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Tech-forward and excited about using technology in litigation
Curious, proactive, and comfortable speaking up with ideas or concerns
Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Professional discretion and respect for confidentiality
Preferred
3+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred (but flexible for the right person)
Experience or interest in business litigation is a plus
