Responsibilities

Prospect & Recruit: Identify, contact, and engage financial advisors through cold and warm outreach, leveraging calls, video, text, and social media
Consultative Selling: Ask insightful questions to uncover business needs and demonstrate how Impact delivers solutions that their current marketing partner cannot
Event Engagement: Schedule and facilitate Impact EXP sessions and invite prospects to recruiting events
Strategic Planning: Collaborate on strategies to achieve team sales targets and grow the book of business
Process Improvement: Share ideas to enhance the recruiting process and overall efficiency
Negotiation: Structure compensation agreements that attract and retain advisors while maintaining profitability
Onboarding: Ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience for every new advisor
